Intern/Trainee Training Description:
Please refer to your DS 7002 training plan that Henderson Beach Resort, LLC host organization has offered you. This is a training opportunity and not a work program. Your training will help give you hands-on experience in U.S. business practices in your chosen occupational field or field of study.
Stipend and Compensation
Stipend: $14.00 per hour
Stipend is received: Every Two Weeks
Hours Per week: 40
(Reminder: This is not a work program. Regulations only require Intern/Trainee programs to provide
32 hours per week.)

Drug test required: YES
Uniform Required: YES – Uniforms are provided, but participants will be responsible for purchasing their own
slip-resistant shoes. Upon termination, all pieces of the uniform must be returned cleaned, pressed and in good condition, except normal wear) prior to receipt of final paycheck.
Dress Code Required: Participant must look sharp in uniform, neat and professional at all times.

Participant must look professional, and follow good grooming & hygiene habits. Even off duty Service Professionals may not enter a public area out of uniform or dressed inappropriately.
